You want your people to grow, develop, and lead with confidence, but the current approach to development isn’t creating the sustained behavioural change your organization needs.
Your leaders are overwhelmed, operating in constant reaction mode, and don’t have the time or capacity to coach their teams. Employees are completing courses, yet returning to complex work environments without the space, support, or shared language required to turn learning into daily practice.
Meanwhile, trust, connection, and cross-functional alignment remain inconsistent, especially in hybrid environments. You’re investing in training, but the ROI isn’t showing up where it matters most: in behaviour, collaboration, culture and results.
In a fast-paced and increasingly complex environment, traditional training alone isn’t enough. Your organization needs a structured, scalable way for people to reflect, integrate learning, strengthen trust, and apply new skills consistently — so development becomes sustainable and leads to meaningful, measurable results.
You may be noticing that:
You’re investing in training, but not seeing sustained behaviour change — people understand concepts but struggle to apply them consistently.
Leaders are overwhelmed and lack the time, skills, or capacity to coach their direct reports effectively.
Leaders are operating in constant reaction mode, without space to reflect or develop the mindsets needed to navigate ongoing change.
Employees don’t have the space to think, integrate, and turn learning into daily practice.
People return from courses to complex environments without a shared understanding, language, or purpose.
Trust and connection are inconsistent, impacting communication and collaboration.
Teams remain siloed, and cross-functional alignment is inconsistent because there is no structured opportunity for leaders to learn together.
There’s increasing pressure to show ROI on learning and development investments, yet training alone rarely produces visible, measurable behaviour change.
You can’t offer everyone 1-on-1 coaching, but your leaders need more than workshops or content-based courses.
The pace and complexity of your environment continue accelerating, and traditional training isn’t helping leaders adapt quickly enough.
Who the Growth Accelerator Is For
The Growth Accelerator is for you if you’re a manager, director, HR leader, senior executive, or learning and development professional responsible for developing people and building leadership capacity across your organization.
You’re committed to growing not only your formal leaders, but also your emerging leaders, high-potential employees, and key contributors — the individuals who influence culture, drive initiatives, and shape results, regardless of title.
You invest in training because you want your people to communicate better, collaborate more effectively, and navigate change with confidence. But you also know that courses, webinars, and workshops alone don’t create lasting behaviour change, and your teams need a structured, supportive environment to integrate learning into daily practice.
If you want your people to develop the mindsets, skill sets, habits, and leadership behaviours that move your organization forward, and you’re looking for a solution that creates sustainable behavioural change that leads to real, measurable results — the Growth Accelerator is for you.

What the Growth Accelerator Is
The Growth Accelerator is a customized group coaching experience designed to help your people turn learning into consistent, sustainable behavioural change. It complements the development initiatives you already offer, or can include additional teaching and guidance from me to fill the gaps and deepen the learning.
This experience brings together people who are in similar stages of their careers or facing similar challenges — formal leaders, emerging leaders, or key contributors who share the same organizational ecosystem. While each participant works toward their own goals, they also benefit from the collective insight, reflection, accountability, and shared language that only a group coaching environment can create.
Highly customizable and tailored to your organization’s needs, the Growth Accelerator provides the structure, support, and coaching your people need to integrate new behaviours and strengthen their leadership mindsets, skill sets, and habits. It increases their confidence in how they show up, lead, and collaborate — in ways that directly support your strategic priorities.
In short: it’s a coaching-based learning experience that helps your people grow in ways that address the challenges you’re facing today — and supports the results you want to achieve tomorrow.
What This Practically Looks Like
The structure, number of sessions, and duration are designed in partnership with you.
Groups typically meet weekly or bi-weekly for a minimum of three months.
Participants receive access to Connect to Grow masterclasses, plus tailored teaching sessions designed specifically for your organizational needs.
The Growth Accelerator can be built to complement an internal training program you’re already offering or function as a standalone learning experience.
Optional 1-on-1 coaching can be added for individuals who would benefit from deeper support.

Why Group Coaching Works
Group coaching brings together a group of individuals who are working towards their own goals and share an interest, challenge or are in similar stages of their lives. The group coach creates a safe and brave environment in which all group members can evolve, helps them define individual objectives, harnesses collective wisdom and guides the process with the ultimate goal of having each participant reach their identified growth objectives. The coach also encourages peer coaching to allow members to get curious with each other and develop their coaching skills.
Group coaching creates what traditional training alone cannot: shared learning, real-world application, and sustainable behavioural change. Here’s why it’s especially effective for organizations today:
Shared Learning & Collective Insight
Participants deepen their understanding by learning from each other’s lived experiences. Hearing real challenges from peers normalizes their own experiences, reduces isolation, and strengthens motivation. (CoachHub. “The Power of Unity: How Group Coaching Empowers Teams.”)
Real Accountability
Group dynamics create a natural sense of accountability. When commitments are shared and progress is witnessed by peers, follow-through increases. This consistent practice is one of the strongest predictors of sustainable behavioural change.
Psychological Safety & Trust
Group coaching builds micro-cultures of trust, openness, and inclusion, which are essential conditions for learning and effective leadership. This contributes to improved communication, decision-making, and collaboration.
Scalable, Cost-Effective Development
Group coaching augments the impact of learning and development initiatives. It enables organizations to support more employees at a significantly lower per-person cost than 1:1 coaching. Coaching delivers measurable value: a global PwC survey found the average ROI is seven times the investment, making group coaching one of the most cost-effective ways to build leadership capacity at scale. (International Coaching Federation. “Coaching Statistics: The ROI of Coaching in 2024.”)
Sustainable Behavioural Change
Because group coaching combines reflection, peer accountability, and practice, learning sticks. Participants integrate new mindsets, skill sets, and behaviours into daily work — and those shifts strengthen culture and collaboration.
Group coaching gives your people what today’s workplace rarely offers: a structured, supportive environment where they can reflect, connect with peers, practice new skills, and turn insight into consistent, sustainable action.
What This Creates in Your Organization
Through the Growth Accelerator, your people will move from reacting to leading with clarity, confidence, and intention. They will strengthen their ability to communicate, collaborate, and navigate complexity while developing the mindset and behaviours that align with your organization’s values and goals. With a shared language and space to reflect, they will integrate learning into daily practice, increase trust and connection, and build the confidence to take aligned action, even in times of change.
For your organization, this means learning becomes embedded and outcomes are consistent. You’ll see stronger alignment across teams, healthier relationships, and leaders — formal and emerging — who lead themselves and others with purpose. The Growth Accelerator helps your people grow in ways that create sustainable behavioural change and support the culture, community, and outcomes your organization is working toward.
If you're ready for your people to take aligned action, navigate complexity with confidence, and help build the culture your organization is striving for, the next step is simple.
Let’s explore how the Growth Accelerator can support your goals.
Client Reflections About Group Coaching
I genuinely enjoyed all the group sessions topics. Each topic I could easily relate to my life and learn from. This group provided me with an opportunity to grow, be vulnerable and be open to conversations that I otherwise wouldn’t have had. It was wonderful to be part of this community and learn from each other.
Participant in the Intentional Leader group coaching program
This was unlike anything I have ever taken before! The real learning takes place between the sessions and it helped change my mode of thinking rather than just sharing facts. This is deep work!
RG, manager, group coaching participant
Participating in the Intentional Leader Coaching group was an admirable experience. As someone who thrives on continuous learning and professional development, it equipped me with the practical strategies and leadership tools to lead diverse teams with greater intentionality and purpose. The opportunity to network with like-minded leaders inspired me to build stronger connections, communicate with impact and embrace challenges with confidence. This experience reinforced the power of proactive preparation, and for that I am grateful.
Natalie Tamba, Group Coaching Participant
Group coaching was a completely different approach to leadership development than I had experienced before. It offered a chance to connect with others who had a similar goal of increasing their leadership capacity, while also offering a different perspective from those in other organizations and professions. I went into group coaching to further my own confidence in my leadership practice and learning that others were challenged by similar experiences helped to provide a starting point for discussion. Conversations were organic and empowered the group to ask questions, challenge beliefs, and explore situations from a fresh perspective. The group format kept me accountable and provided me with some practical tools to test out outside of the sessions. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to reflect and grow their own leadership capacity.

Simona was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt and communicative in her approach leading up to the conference and was exactly the speaker that our public library audience needed to hear from. Her knowledge of the public sector, combined with her calm approach and inspiring perspective, made a big difference to our conference attendees and their experience of what can otherwise be a very overwhelming environment. We are so glad that we invited Simona to speak at the OLA Super Conference as our Public Library Spotlight.
