INTENTIONAL LEADER

A Transformational
Group Coaching Program

WHAT IS IT?

Intentional Leader is a powerful group coaching experience that blends coaching and teaching to help you refine your leadership presence, build resilience, and lead with authenticity.

You’ll explore your values and purpose, reflect on your leadership approach, and gain tools and frameworks you can apply professionally and personally.

The program focuses on developing self-leadership first by creating clarity and increasing your confidence. Only then can you make the impact you desire and that you are capable of.

It all starts with your self-image. It is time for you to get clear on what that is.

How it works:

Intentional Leader combines coaching and teaching, which is different from training.

Teaching provides you with an understanding of theoretical concepts you can adapt to your unique challenges.

Coaching helps you maximize your potential by fostering self-reflection and a deeper self-awareness.

Training typically focuses on developing specific skills to perform tasks or meet defined role requirements.

As a leader, you need to have clarity on what matters to you, how you envision leadership and the impact you want to make. You then navigate towards your desired outcomes with confidence and perseverance by deepening your self-awareness,  further developing your emotional intelligence and learning how to effectively use your energy.

This personalized and transformative experience will allow you to reflect deeply in community with others on a similar journey, learn concepts based on psychology and neuroscience and apply this experience on a daily basis in your personal and professional life. Rather than simply learning techniques, you’ll gain the confidence to apply insights, reflect on your results, and make intentional adjustments.

The focus shifts from what you are achieving to who you are becoming.

I will teach you and coach you.  You will do the work!

Who is this program for?
Intentional Leader is specifically designed for public sector managers, supervisors, and team leaders who are:

Ready to elevate their leadership presence for greater impact

Seeking clarity and confidence in their decision-making

Looking to lead with greater authenticity and build resilience

Public sector leadership comes with unique pressures.  Managing numerous stakeholders, navigating conflicting priorities, and maintaining motivation across long-term projects can feel overwhelming.  Goals are often ambiguous, priorities shift rapidly, and progress can feel slow.  Learning and reflecting in community with other leaders who share similar challenges allows you not only to grow, but also to feel a level of support unlike anything else.
By the end of this program you will:

Fully embrace your leadership role and confidently take the space as a leader.

Understand how your self-image impacts your results and take consistent, aligned action.

Navigate conflict and difficult conversations effectively.

Make faster, clearer decisions with confidence and ease.

Become aware of how your patterns of thinking and behaviour influence your actions, so that you can make intentional choices.

Manage your energy and time for greater resilience.

Build stronger relationships and foster a culture of trust.

Communicate effectively to achieve organizational and team priorities.

At Work
Group coaching with Simona has been such a valuable experience for me. It’s given me a supportive space to work through challenges, reflect on different perspectives, and learn from others in a way that feels practical and real. I’ve especially appreciated the focus on understanding the reasons behind behaviours. It’s helped me approach tough conversations with more empathy and intention. It has also made me feel more confident in my leadership and better equipped me to create a transparent, collaborative environment.

Simona, executive business coach
This was unlike anything I have ever taken before! The real learning takes place between the sessions and it helped change my mode of thinking rather than just sharing facts. This is deep work!

Participating in the Intentional Leader Coaching group was an admirable experience. As someone who thrives on continuous learning and professional development, it equipped me with the practical strategies and leadership tools to lead diverse teams with greater intentionality and purpose. The opportunity to network with like-minded leaders inspired me to build stronger connections, communicate with impact and embrace challenges with confidence. This experience reinforced the power of proactive preparation, and for that I am grateful

I find that Simona's approach and character encouraged me to explore my emotional intelligence in a safe and respectful environment. I appreciated that the discussion was allowed to flow at my pace, but Simona did challenge me beyond my comfort zone, which I appreciated.
The workshop was a success for me and I would highly recommend it for others.
